2019 edition is only going to be bigger and better!
The event had the official patronage of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, Government of Maharashtra; Maharashtra State Innovation Society; and NITI Aayog.
First of all, I would like to compliment the organisers and share my delight that a young Indian company has created such a large format of events across the world. And all of this has happened in just two to three years. It is a representation of what is happening across India.

The event was officially powered by technology giant, Microsoft. Its intense involvement was reflected by the two intensive workshops conducted by them on both days of the event.
IBM was the official headline partner for this event. Besides being an influential partner, IBM also held an insightful 45 minute workshop on Day 1 about how businesses are looking at AI as a game changer.
The Regionals of the Startup World Cup took place at the show, where ‘Facilio’ won the title. Now they will compete with 30 other startups at the grand finale of the ‘Startup World Cup’ 2019 in San Francisco, for the Grand Prize of US$ 1 Million investment.
It was an evening filled with conversations and power networking over a gala dinner at the 3-hour cocktail party that included AI experts, global investors and key government representatives
WAIS Mumbai provided a stage for 20+ startups from around the world including Dimension NXG, 14W Technologies and Cogneto among others, who are utilizing AI to provide solutions to the world.
Renowned drone companies, Indrones, Idea Forge and Drona Aviation, exhibited their impressive quadcopter models offering solutions for aerial exploration.
Attendees developing connections and exploring business opportunities through face to face interactions and the exchange of business cards.
